What exactly is this camp?

This is not a workshop

This is not a meditation retreat

This is not a short form Vipassana course or any similar meditation retreat. Meditation is just one part of this very analytical camp

It is a silence-based clarity camp where each participant works deeply on one important problem or decision. The camp combines silence, breath-based meditation, reflection, and structured thinking triggers. The final purpose is not spiritual achievement. The purpose is clarity.

The realistic outcome is sharper clarity on the problem, better separation of facts and fears, better understanding of options and a clearer next step.

Noble silence means no speaking, no casual interaction, no gestures, no signaling, no unnecessary eye contact, and no written communication with other participants. It is necessary because other people’s opinions, reactions, questions, and energies influence thinking. Silence protects the inner process. For genuine needs, health issues, urgent discomfort, or logistical help, you can speak to the facilitators. But try to avoid talking.

But if you accidentally speak simply return to silence. But the discipline must be respected seriously. You may feel lonely that is part of the experience. The camp is designed to let participants meet the noise inside themselves without escaping into conversation.

You have to submit phones because the phone is the biggest source of mental interruption. Even if it is switched off, the mind remains connected to it. We will collect phones before noble silence begins on Day 0, before 6 PM. And you will get back on Day 3, after noble silence breaks before lunch.

For any genuine emergency family members can contact the facilitator/resort.

If you have not been able to select one problem or decision to bring to the camp, no worries, we will be guide before the camp to select one. We will share around four videos to help you select by the beginning of the camp. Bring only one problem or one decision. Depth is more important than variety. The problem should be one that has real consequence. It may be personal, professional, business, financial. Do not bring a casual problem, curiosity question, core technical problem (like maths or physics) low-impact decision, or something where you have no ownership at all. Sometimes your problem may change during the camp. Because you might have come up with a surface problem and discover the real problem underneath in the camp. You may also realise the original problem was framed wrong. It’s okay. That may be one of the biggest outcomes of the camp.

Not always. Some people may get a clear decision. Some may get a clear direction. Some may realize they need one experiment before deciding. Some may realize they were solving the wrong problem. The process is designed to increase clarity, but you must engage honestly. If someone resists silence, avoids the worksheets, or keeps mentally escaping, clarity will reduce. There will be no advice provided in the camp. The aim is to help the participant see more clearly and decide from within. Problem discussion may happen only after noble silence breaks, and only to the extent you are comfortable sharing.

Prior meditation experience is not required. Simple breath-based awareness will be practiced. Participants will observe the natural breath and return attention gently when the mind wanders. Chairs will be available for meditation not floor sitting. There will be breaks. The camp will not force painful postures. Your mind will wander. The practice is not to stop thoughts but to notice wandering and return. Sleepiness is normal, especially on Day 0 and Day 1. You will be guided to manage it through posture, walking breaks, washing the face, and conscious rest.

The wake-up bell will be around early morning, likely around 5:45 AM. Meditation in hall will start at 6:30. The structure will be disciplined but not punishing. Timings matter because silence and rhythm create the depth. Intentional daytime sleeping will be discouraged because it dulls the process. But during food breaks you may take a quick nap before bell rings. You will spend most of the time in the hall but will also move between dining area, rooms, and lawn/open spaces.

Simple vegetarian food will be provided. Light breakfast, simple lunch and dinner, and tea/coffee with simple snacks. It will be light, and suitable for meditation. Please do let us know about allergies or food restrictions. Accommodation is twin sharing. Room allocation will be done at the venue. Do not communicate with your roommate also ever.

We have shared the list of what to carry and not to carry. Please leave phones and smart watches during submission. Do not carry laptop, tablet, books. Carry light clothing to help sitting long hoursCarry essential medicines.

We will take photos and videos during the camp and group photo at the end of the camp. But photos or videos of your work or anything that you do not want to share will not be made public. However, because we are sure you will get amazing results at the end of the camp, we would want to use your recorded feedback to share with other potential participants.

The triggers/ tools will be shared in silence. There will be no personal explanation. Most of the tools will be self-explanatory though the facilitator will explain how to use. There will be no advice provided to use the toolsAfter silence breaks, there will be a group reflection. Participants may share their experience and insightsEven in reflection session, no one should give advice to others. But you may get more clarity listening to others.

Please come with openness, discipline, honesty and willingness to stay with one important question.

Try to practise 5 minutes of silent sitting daily. Reduce phone use before sleep. Start identifying one problem or decision. Do some basic research of your problem before coming. Do not force yourself to think of solutions. The clarity work will happen inside the camp.

Remember:  Nobody is going to judge you. This is not a performance space. Nobody is here to prove how spiritual, disciplined, or clear they are. Everyone is coming with a question. The only requirement is sincerity

The promise is that the camp will create a rare environment where your own mind can become quiet enough, honest enough, and structured enough to see what is usually hidden under noise
